2026 Artist: Alicia Williams

As Arts Marathon artists we will send a different example of our creative process and work to everyone who sponsors us, 3-5 days per week during April. We invite our friends, family, colleagues and anyone else who cares about art and wants to support Bridge to Rutland’s important work to sponsor us. Together we will help welcome new Americans who, in turn, will add immeasurably to our communities.

I will be displaying and sharing about pieces I have created over the last 10 years.

Alicia‘s Background

I am a "self taught" artist, as in I never went to art school. I have just had a natural ability from an early age and learned from painting with my aunt when I was young and my own experience. I am inspired a lot of the time by my interests in music, classic horror films, and the art deco period. I am proud that I continue to create without the use of technology despite an everchanging world. I am drawn to the Arts Marathon and its mission as an opportunity to improve the lives of others through the power of art.
