2024 Artist: Greg Ellis

As Arts Marathon artists we will send a different example of our creative process and work to everyone who sponsors us, five days per week during April. We invite our friends, family, colleagues and anyone else who cares about art and wants to support Bridge to Rutland’s important work to sponsor us. Together we will help welcome new Americans who, in turn, will add immeasurably to our communities.

I’ll be highlighting my current build of a model of the USS Constitution. Also, I will be building a nook book with a library theme.

Greg‘s Background

This hobby of mine started at the time of my retirement from the practice of dentistry. I wanted to find something that would require working with my hands on something in the miniature world. I landed on wooden models of historic ships, and have been “sailing“ along ever since.
